Hi! Everybody where ever you are and also to all the filipinos that Live in the philippines even if its not in the philippines i have a wonderful message to all of you,..Respect and Love your mother and father Because without mommy and Daddy we never born in this world,..
And also if your parents get older please take good care of them Like they take good care on you when you are a baby,..And also to the parents Respect your child so they can respect on you and put them in the right direction,.. Be a good Model to your children,..
I remember when i was a child my father and mother is very strict on me they even slap on me because i like to play in the river,.. But because on that i love my parents,..You no why Because if i make a mistake and my parents dont discipline on me,. Probably now i grew  up to be in the wrong Direction,..
Because of the strictly and slap of my parents i grew up now as a good mother and a good women,.Healthy and strong in mine and in the Body,..Even when i have a broken Legs because of the car accident and no wearing seatbelt i can still ride bicycle cut the grass take care of my children work in the garden i do all things of household work,..and sometimes study in the computer,..
Love and respect is very important to the parents mostly with the mother,..

To have an Abundant Water

Hi! Hello Everbody I am very delighted to share my Abundant of water In the philippines or even if its not in the philippines,.. for the people that they dont have access to a river,.. you can still be abundant of water by drinking of rain water,.. Since i am in the u.s.a I never drink bottled water i make my own water from the rain and thats my children and family drink,.. I wait to have a heavy rain and wait for one hour  to clean the roof before i put the container in.. I fertilized the water before i put in the refregerator,. and also i use to cook food,..

I'll do this to save money,.. it is a free water from God.,. weather you fertilized or stirilized,.. and i teach my son how to save money by making our own water my son is only 4 years old and he is helping me,.. I am so very lucky to have child like him  very understandable to mommy,.. and probably this is a healthy water because we never get sick,.. and we still take multivitamins,.. for suplemental,.. i hope filipinos that they dont have money to buy water and dont have access to the river you can try rain water for drinking,..And you can be Independent by your own,.. less work from the government and less problem to your family,.. because you can survive without the river,..And less stress to your family,,.. I am just being inteligent by myself,.. My husband teach me how to drink water without spending money,.. If i can do it you can do it to,..Be a practical person and save money Live Better,..Its Like early to rise and shine make you  healthy and wise meGod Bless You All,..

Cigarettes smoking is to Dangerous to your Health

 Hi! Hello!! everybody i hope everything is well,. if you ask me back i have another very Awful news to you,. My favorite cousin very close to me died yesterday,..Today is 03/09/2012.

My cousin died with Emphysema because she is smoke cigarettes., The doctor told her not to smoke cigarettes but she never Listen she is smoke anyway because she is addicted with cigarettes,..
She is very hard headed she never Listen of her friend advise and family advise,..

She is suffering with Emphesema and pneumonia because being smoking make your immune system weaker and weaker,.i am so very sad and awful because i love her

If their is somebody out there smoke cigarettes please stop right now before its to late,..sometimes damage is to very  hard to fixed it,.

If you never smoke cigarettes please dont try it,. its very awful,. You want to be like my cousin suffering before she died,.. i dont think so,..

Please spread the word to the world and be multiply,.. our body is a gift of God make your body clean and healthy,.. Please take good care of your inside the body mostly Lungs.,.

Obesity

Hi! hello everybody, Have a Pleasant day, Today is 02/08/2012 , I am hoping your day is verry good, If you ask me i am very awful, dreadful, terrible anything with the words Awful or Bad, Because Some of my relatives close friend to me Died yesterday for High blood Pressure and Heart Attack Because of Obesity, the doctor Told him he needs to loose weight but he never Listen, the doctor said he needs to exercise and work physically, Again he never Listen all he did seat,. the doctor said stay away with the junk Foods, and dont drink a lot of soft drinks just drink water and exercise,..

If their is somebody out there that over weight please listen and exercise and loose weight, it is never to late for you  to loose weight right now,.. please help your self,.. i am verry sad because my relatives friend of me have a good personality thats whay i want  him or her to loose weight without a surgery please loose weight naturaly,..  please dont ofended on me i just care about you and to the other people.

The healthier you will be the more happier would you be and more handsome and pretty or beautiful or gorgious you could be.
