Cigarettes smoking is to Dangerous to your Health

 Hi! Hello!! everybody i hope everything is well,. if you ask me back i have another very Awful news to you,. My favorite cousin very close to me died yesterday,..Today is 03/09/2012.

My cousin died with Emphysema because she is smoke cigarettes., The doctor told her not to smoke cigarettes but she never Listen she is smoke anyway because she is addicted with cigarettes,..
She is very hard headed she never Listen of her friend advise and family advise,..

She is suffering with Emphesema and pneumonia because being smoking make your immune system weaker and weaker,.i am so very sad and awful because i love her

If their is somebody out there smoke cigarettes please stop right now before its to late,..sometimes damage is to very  hard to fixed it,.

If you never smoke cigarettes please dont try it,. its very awful,. You want to be like my cousin suffering before she died,.. i dont think so,..

Please spread the word to the world and be multiply,.. our body is a gift of God make your body clean and healthy,.. Please take good care of your inside the body mostly Lungs.,.
