I started going to school at first grade to fourth grade at primary school at the mountain of ayungon negros oriental philippines,. No car no bicycle i walk when i go to school everyday and i walk when i go back home,..even when its rain or shine i walk until i complete my primary school. I walk about 1/2 hours everyday. 1/2 hours go back home.
And then when i going to grade five and grade six i walk from home to school everyday about one hour. one hour going to school one hour go back home everyday,. until i graduate elementary school.. sometimes i remember my books and notebooks is very wet from the rain,.. and then come to let my books dry fom the fire stove,.
and then because my parents is poor they cannot afford to send me to private high school because on that time no public school..
I work into dumaguete city as a All around house helper,. clean the house, cook the food, wash clothes, go to the market to buy food and then come home to cook again,. and when i wash clothes i wash with hands because no washing machine my hand is a machine,.. I doing this job for about a year,. and then i realized,. i want to go to school to finish my high school because in dumaguete city they have a public school., and then i ask my employer if i could go to school and she said yes but i have to be a working student,. i work during the day and study during the night,. so during the day i work around the house the same thing,. i budget my time wake up in the morning cook breakfast, wash clothes, going to the market, and then cook food,.. for the boss,. and then at two oclock pm going to school until 9:00 pm only walking going to school and go back home,. and then when i come home i still wash the dishes from my all boss dishes,.. sometimes i dont want even to eat dinner because i am so very tired studying and work,. i am going to sleep right away,..
And then since ayungon they open a new high school i transfer for the second year because i cannot study fine because everything is working not studying,. and the school even though is horrible because no bathroom, they were very old ceramic,. and i walk 1 1/2 hours to go to school everyday and 1 1/2 hours also go back home until fourth year high school until i graduated,.. even though i suffer to have education i support on it because i want to be educated and a better person in the future education is very important to me,..
So to all the filipinos even if its not filipino please dont give up your studying try and try until you succeed even if you are very poor you can still find ways how to finish your education no matter how hard it is,.. If i can do it you can do it to.,
And i very thankful to God that hes giving me strenght to my future,. and to my family that supported on me,..
